Our dinnerware is designed to be durable for everyday family life, however it is still made using natural plant-based materials, so a little extra care will help it last beautifully for years to come.

Everyday Use

Some light scratching may appear over time when using stainless steel cutlery with pressure. This is because PLA is softer than stainless steel and does not contain a toxic protective coating.

For foods requiring heavy cutting pressure, we recommend using a chopping board to help preserve the surface of your dinnerware.

Returns cannot be accepted on used dinnerware unless the item is deemed faulty.

Our premium peel-and-stick prints are semi-permanent, giving you the flexibility to add fun while your children are little. When they're ready for a more timeless look, simply remove the print to reveal your classic white (Stone) dinnerware underneath.

Need a fresh design? We offer replacement prints for your plate, bowl, or cup for $8 each, making it easy to update your collection as your child's interests change.

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before dispatch.

What Are Our Decorative Prints Made From?

Our interchangeable designs are created using premium UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer technology. Each print is made with UV-curable inks and a durable clear film that creates a vibrant, slightly raised finish with exceptional detail.

UV DTF transfers are professionally printed to deliver rich colours, a premium look, and long-lasting durability for everyday family use.

The decorative prints are:

Please note: While our dinnerware is 100% plastic-free, the decorative UV DTF transfer itself contains a thin polymer film. It's applied to the surface of the dinnerware to add fun, interchangeable designs and can be removed whenever you choose, revealing the original plastic-free dinnerware underneath.

Care instructions

The Elavoland dinnerware is fully dishwasher safe. The decorative UV DTF prints are also dishwasher safe, but repeated dishwasher use may cause the adhesive to weaken over time. If you'd like your print to last as long as possible, we recommend hand washing the decorated pieces.
