30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval, or items that are not in resellable condition, cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hello@elavoland.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to return your item.

Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using tracked postage and keeping your receipt

  • Refunds are for the product product price

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary

  • We are not responsible for any interest or bank fees while refunds are being processed

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@elavoland.com.

Please include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
